After checkout, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number and itemized list. This is your receipt—keep it handy. Verify your shipping address immediately because once we ship, address changes cost extra (if they're even possible).
Limited-edition drops sell out fast. If an item goes out of stock after you order but before we ship, we'll cancel that part of your order and refund you—no drama. We may also cancel suspicious orders (like bulk purchases from new accounts) to prevent reseller activity.
Product prices exclude shipping and taxes. International customers: customs fees are your responsibility. Prices may change without notice, but you'll always pay the amount shown at checkout.
Allow 2-5 business days for order processing (longer during holidays or major drops). Shipping takes 4-10 business days domestically, 10-20 days internationally. Tracking numbers get emailed once your package leaves our warehouse—check spam folders if it's missing.
Changed your mind? You've got 21 days from delivery to start a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Final sale items (marked "NO RETURNS") are exactly that—no returns, no exceptions. Email [email protected] for return authorization before sending anything back.
If your gear arrives flawed, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video proof. We'll replace it ASAP (if available) or refund you—your call. Don't wear damaged items or you void your claim.
